PLACEMENT PURPOSE
To encourage the use of logging all volunteer hours into Volunteer Connection either online or by app. Each Champion will work within their office to get every department to increase reporting of volunteer hours. If volunteers are not able to access Volunteer Connection for any reason, then supervisor of that department should be encouraged to input that person's hours through the shift tool.
OPEN TIME DAYS
Initially the time commitment will be 2-4 hours a month (could be more if you wanted), but will eventually be settled at about 1-2 hours a month as they just train new volunteers on the system.

REQUIRED TRAINING2 hour training on how to download app and use it as well as how to access the hours manager on Volunteer Connection. Support given on ongoing basis as needed or as system changes.
