Hello and Thank You for considering becoming a volunteer through the Retired Senior Volunteer Program. We are looking for individuals who want to bring some joy to others by offering free entertainment at the community kitchen during a meal. Entertainment can include music, singing, comedy, instrumental or a variety of entertainment as long as it is clean entertainment. The purpose is to help homeless individuals forget their troubles for a little while during a meal.
Benefits for the Retired Senior Volunteer Program include possible mileage and meal reimbursement, free supplemental insurance, and community wide recognition as well as becoming a part of a well-recognized volunteer program which spans across the country.
RSVP is America's largest volunteer network for people age 55 and over. Join RSVP and join nearly 500,000 volunteers across the country who are tackling tough issues across the country.
