Hello Volunteers!
Priority Hospice Care of the West is looking for professional sewers who can make and teach other individuals how to sew memory bears.
Memory bears are gifts made by people like you out of articles of clothing from people who have passed away with a terminal illness. The memory bear is then given to the living family in remembrance of their loved one.
If you are interested in sharing your talent to give back to the terminally ill community, please feel free to contact us anytime.
We hope to hear from you soon.

Mission Statement
Hospice Volunteer Training is a program where we select qualified persons who can fit well with patients who have a terminal illness through several organizations. We match volunteers to Hospices where they will excel the most. We offer training and orientation, continued education for all volunteers, certificates of completion and excellence. Whether volunteers are students trying to gain experience or if you just want to give back to the community. We hope that we find individuals who can successfully achieve their goals and provide helpful assistance to Hospice organizations within the Los Angeles County.
