Help with Holiday Traffic Control!

The holiday season is a busy time for many and the same is true for West Valley Community Services (WVCS)*! On Monday, December 8th through Wednesday, December 10th our offices will be busy with donors dropping off gifts for the clients in our Holiday Giving Program. Since we expect an increase in traffic flow, we are in need of a couple volunteers to assist us is helping this all run smoothly on our busy street and in our parking lot - for both donors and clients.

Available shifts are as follows, and we are in need of 2 volunteersper shift:

• Monday, Decemeber 8th: 12noon-2:30pm or 2:30pm-5pm
• Tuesday, Decemeber 9th: 12noon-2:30pm, 2:30-5pm or 5pm-7pm
• Wednesday, Decemeber 10th: 12noon-2:30pm or 2:30pm-5pm
• Saturday, December 13th: 12-2:30pm or 2:30-5pm (**at West Valley Presbyterian Church, where our event is being held that day)
