Enchantment Theatre Company, a professional theater for children and families, needs ushers for their performances of Peter Rabbit Tales at the Arts Bank Theater (Broad and South Streets, Philadelphia.) Ushers help patrons find their seats and hand out programs. Ushers can even bring a friend or a responsible child age 8 or older who could help hand out programs. Ushers see the performance on their day of volunteering.

Enchantment Theatre Company is a professional non-profit theater company with a reputation for excellence in both theater and arts education. For more than 30 years, Enchantment has been transforming extraordinary literature into extraordinary theatre that inspires children to DREAM, EXPLORE, THINK and CONNECT. All of Enchantment’s productions are original adaptations of new and classic fables, myths and legends, set to classical or original music. Our unique style of performance - incorporating expressive masks, life-size puppets, magical illusion, music, dance and pantomime - is accessible to all children, regardless of language barriers and encourages at-risk youth, whose theatrical participation is among the lowest, to learn and grow through the performing arts.

OUR PROGRAMS:
Enchantment reaches deep into communities at home in Philadelphia and throughout North America serving children in many ways. Locally, we provide free theatre programming for students in some of our most economically-challenged neighborhoods and develop innovative, in-school arts education programming. Nationally, we introduce millions of children to original, and magical world premiere theatre and symphonic productions, keeping the arts a part of children's development and fostering the next
generation of arts-lovers and theatre-goers.
