Open Your Homes To The World

Interested in hosting an international student and welcoming a new culture into your home? Look no further than EF Education First's Virginia Beach Homestay Summer Program! We offer amazing opportunities for local Hampton Roads residents to open their homes and their hearts to students from Europe and Asia aged 13-18. We are already gearing up for the busy summer season -- join the EF Education First team as a valued host family today!

The program runs during the months of July and August. You can host one or both of the following sessions:

July 1/9 -- July 29: Students from Spain, Italy, France and Russia

July 30 -- August 19: Students from Spain & Russia

With 50 years of experience, EF is with you every step of the way. In addition to 24/7 staff support, EF provides school bus transportation to and from school Monday- Friday from convenient locations in your town. Students are with EF staff from 8:30am to 5:30pm taking English classes and doing fun activities. Host families receive a stipend of $100 per student per week on a prorated basis to help cover the cost of hosting. It's a life-changing and rewarding experience designed to fit your family's busy summer lifestyle!
