We are a unique Christian nonprofit organization based in the southern suburbs of St. Paul MN. Who's goals are to continue providing supportive and permanent housing solutions, services and outreach advocacy to homeless women and their children into their own homes. Our goals are to provide housing for women experiencing; small children or pregant, medical illness, homelessness and addictions/mental illness. The organization is seeking a professional grant writer, and potential volunteer board member partnerships with strategic business development experience, Interested in working on our capacity team please send resume LOI. Canidates will offer development solutions, in a conceptual approach to social and economic developments that focuses on understanding the obstacles that inhabit people and organizations from realizing their full development goals while enhancing the abilities that will allow us to acheive measurable and sustainable results. Indivuals will respond to proposed request of funding projects, capacity planning, using their local knowledge and creativity to develop strategies that work for them; assisting women who have lived for a long period without living independently in permanent housing, have moved frequently, and will continue to experience instability because of disability with alcohol or drug addiction, history of abuse, or multiple barriers to employment.
