Flamingo Gardens depends on its volunteers in all areas of maintenance- painting, repairing, building, etc. We need people who aren't afraid to jump in and get a little dirty. If you have any of these skills and or the willingness, we'd love to hear from you! Looking for an opportunity for your school, church or scouting group? Email volunteers@flamingogardens.org to request information on setting up a project.

Flamingo Gardens is a 60-acre botanical garden and animal sanctuary with an historic home that originated in 1927. There are botanical gardens with native and exotic plants from all over the world. On display are permanently injured native birds and animals that can never be released and a free-flight aviary. Offspring are released into the wild. There is also the historic Wray Home with volunteer tour guides.
