PLACEMENT PURPOSE
To assist the Volunteer Services department with any combination of the following activities: Volunteer recruitment, intake, orientation, criminal background checking, interviewing, referral, issues resolution, recognition, retention and inactivation. The Volunteer Services department functions as the Human Resources department for volunteers in the organization, and functions in support of both volunteers and their supervisors.

Flexible: ｠3-20 hours per week

REQUIRED TRAININGOn-the-job training for Blue Sky activities.
Online and in-person disaster coursework for Staff Services functions (Staff Planning & Support, Training, Staff Relations/Issues Resolution, Event-Based Volunteers, Local & Community Volunteers, Lodging, etc.).
