ORGANIZATION: American Red Cross - New Mexico Region

PLACEMENT PURPOSE
In service to the regions of the SWARM Division, the Division Case Monitoring Team is responsible completing the task of Case Monitoring of cases in CAS 2.0. This should be completed in accordance with the guidance set forth in the Client Interview and Assistance Job Tool. The results of these reviews are sent to the appropriate Region within 15 days after cases being fully entered in CAS 2.0. In those instances where a case in CAS 2.0 fails to meet the essential elements or needs corrective action, the RPO for the appropriate region must be notified, with detailed explanations of what action needs to be taken on the case. The team values are accuracy, consistency and timeliness with an overall goal of providing excellent customer service to the regions we serve.

OPEN TIME DAYS

Hours are flexible, and work can be
done from home or Red Cross office as long as an internet connection is
available

5-15 hours a week, will vary based on
demand
