PLACEMENT PURPOSE
In service to the regions of the SWARM Division, the Division Fiscal Review Team is responsible completing the Fiscal Review of cases in CAS 2.0 where financial assistance was provided by the American Red Cross. The Fiscal Review should be completed in accordance with the guidance set forth in the Financial Controls for Direct Client Assistance Doctrine. The results of these fiscal reviews are sent to the appropriate Region immediately after being completed. In those instances where a case in CAS 2.0 fails the Fiscal Review, the RPO for the appropriate region must be notified immediately. The team values are accuracy, consistency and timeliness with an overall goal of providing excellent customer service to the regions we serve.
