Reminisce/Life Story (paid) Volunteers support aging-in-place seniors including seniors with caregivers in memory care/life enrichment programs. Utilizing qualitative research of influential subjects from 20 th Century history, Reminisce/Life Story Volunteers are supported by online resources & written resources produced by Life Story/Reminisce Channel & other multimedia resources that engage seniors with or without caregivers to reminisce. When seniors are engaged in reminiscing, seniors are hopefully inspired to preserve their stories which is very important for several reasons (such as e.g. providing family members something to remember about their parents, validating history and something younger generations can learn from.) If you want to have fun and make a very important impact in life enrichment/memory care for aging-in-place seniors than don’t hesitate to become a Reminisce/Life Story Paid Volunteer. Compensation is mostly for travel.
