Relay For Life is a life changing community fundraising event that is helping to finish the fight against cancer.
Relay is looking for volunteers to help plan this FUN community event which is held in June, but planned all year long. Relay For Life is found in more than 4 million communities across the nation, and now we are looking for volunteers in Stark and Tuscarawas Counties.
Do you enjoy planning events? Are you creative? Organized? A people person? Do you enjoy planning activities and entertainment? Do you care about others? Have you been impacted by cancer? Would you like to see an end to the awful disease? Then this opportunity is for you!
Our planning committee meets monthly to plan for the annual event.

Raising donations for participation in Relay For Life and Making Strides for Breast Cancer is fun as well as challenging.
There are so many people and organizations in your community that want to contribute. It is simply a matter of a creative approach.
Participants seek donations rather than pledges from family, friends and associates.
Most fundraising is done prior to, and at, the Relay For Life and Making Strides for Breast Cancer events,
although many teams choose to fundraise year-round.
