Help us get the word out... an adult volunteer (age 18+) is needed to distribute brochures & posters to local businesses and organizations. This position requires: excellent oral communication skills (i.e. talking to new people); the ability to carry posters, brochures and other materials; discovering where materials can be displayed; and seeking out new venues. The volunteer must be able to read a map and find specific businesses and locations & have a valid driver’s license, vehicle, and vehicle insurance. Gas, parking, and other expenses are not reimbursed. This task takes about 3 hours/month. Hours can be scheduled Monday - Saturday, morning or afternoon. Training provided.
