We partner with South Side Mission to make sure the people that come here for food can get some fresh cooked food as well. They have meals that are already cooked for us to pick up every Wednesday at 10am.
We will be needing someone to take this on for us for the next few months, our regular volunteers are flying south for the winter.

Description
For over 63 yearrs, Peoria Friendship House has been providing services to the most impoverished neighborhood of Peoria. Through our ACES Program (Advocacy, Case Management, Education and Support) we offer wrap-around services to partner with men, women and children in our community with the hopes of helping them achieve positive changes in their life situations. We provide community support, Educational opportunities, After School Program and Summer Camp, Family and Health education, Latino Outreach, Feeding programs, Employment preparation and wardrobe assistance.
