ADVOCAP's Fall Clean Up Program needs volunteers in the Neenah and Menasha areas! You can work for a couple of hours or a whole day. You can choose your days and times. Help the elderly and the disabled with their yard chores! This includes raking, washing windows, and cleaning out gardens. Great for families to do together or for students to get their required volunteer hours! This is a much needed opportunity to serve your community! MAKE A DIFFERENCE IN YOUR COMMUNITY!
The Retired and Senior Volunteer Program (RSVP) provides opportunities for individuals age 55 and over to make a difference in their community through volunteer service. RSVP volunteers choose when, where and how long they would like to serve at schools, day care centers, police departments, hospitals and other nonprofit and public organizations to help meet critical community needs. RSVP offers maximum flexibility and choice to its volunteers. RSVP matches the personal interests and skills of older Americans with opportunities to help solve community problems and offers supplemental insurance while they serve. There is a pre-service orientation, and on-the-job training from the agency or organization where volunteers are placed.
