We are in need of experienced horse handlers to work on TUESDAYS AT 10AM. Tack and warm up a horse, lead him through a lesson for a special needs rider and then untack and put him away. We provide training so that all handlers are following the same methods.

Description
TROT is a non-profit organization that uses horsemanship as a form of therapy for children and adults with special needs. Participants partake in an individualized therapeutic program designed to promote improvement in muscle strength and neuromuscular coordination as well as to enhance their confidence and self esteem.
The special bond between horse and human provides the incentive for achievements never thought possible.
This is achieved through a comprehensive program provided by a professional staff, trained volunteers, and carefully selected horses.
