We are looking for volunteers to help us with a phone-a-thon in December. Our efforts will provide essential resources to help homeless individuals secure housing and employment. We will have pizza for the team!
If you're interested in volunteering, please contact Alice Liu at aliu@chp-sf.org. We look forward to hearing from you.
---------------------------
Founded in 1990, Community Housing Partnership is the only San Francisco nonprofit organization exclusively dedicated to providing permanent, supportive housing to formerly homeless individuals and families. Community Housing Partnership pairs affordable housing with support services, employment preparation, job training, a transitional employment social enterprise, and community organizing activities. Together these services offer clients a direct pathway from homelessness to self-sufficiency. Community Housing Partnership utilizes safe, stable housing as a platform to deliver services to clients which result in increased self-sufficiency. Community Housing Partnership owns, manages, or provides services at 13 buildings with over 1,000 units and has 222 units development. Community Housing Partnership's housing and services annually impact the lives of over 2,200 formerly homeless adults and children. To learn more, visit www.chp-sf.org.
