Be the first to see new works of art by our local and international artists in residence by becoming an event volunteer!

We hope you can join us on Friday, November 7th for the opening reception of three of our aritsts in residence: Chilean Javier Tapia collaborating with Los Angeles-based artist Camilo Ontiveros, Pakistani artist Asma Kazmi and Taiwanese artist Yujun Ye. To check our the work of these artists visit: http://18thstreet.org/public-programs/exhibitions

These three solo-shows will showcase the international scope and high-quality of art which is produced at 18th Street Arts Center throughout the year.

We need volunteers to support event set-up, break-down and hospitality.

The event schedule is:

VIP reception and private preview: 5:00pm - 6:00pm

Exhibition Opening: 6:00pm - 9:00pm

Volunteer shifts are from 4:30 - 9:00pm, and we ask that volunteers dress in black business casual attire and comfortable shoes. Black Jeans are okay.
