Respond to client and family concerns about quality of care in long-term care facilities.
OPEN TIME DAYS
Flexible.｠ 10-20 hours per month.｠ Regular visits to assigned facilities.｠ Administrative paperwork to report/resolve concerns as needed.｠ Quarterly team meetings.
