Start making a difference in the life of a learner by becoming a tutor with Literacy Volunteers of Rensselaer County. Tutor Training Workshops are ongoing to fill the continuous need in our community. Literacy Volunteers of Rensselaer County NY provides free, confidential tutoring to adults, families and out-of-school teens in reading, writing, and conversational English; and recruits and trains volunteers to provide this tutoring.

The Literacy Volunteers organization provides literacy tutoring to adults, young adults, and families in Rensselaer County and surrounding communities.
