Arrival times:
Day Volunteers: There are two shifts during the day and early afternoon. The day shift will begin at 9am-2pm. and the afternoon shift will begin at 2- 5 pm. These two shifts are equally important in order to set up appropriately for the event.
Volunteer Job Descriptions for the Day:
Set Up: Ballroom, Pre-function areas, Volunteer space and Auction area.
Decorate: Dinner Table, Auction Tables, Pre-function area.
Coordinate: Distribution of Goodie Bags and "Good Nite" bags for Guests
Place signage throughout the facility

The local, MDA of Southeast Louisiana mission is to transform lives of those living with muscular dystrophy, ALS, and related neuromuscular disease. We serve over 1,300 families in parishes in Southeast Louisiana and Gulf Coast Mississippi by providing healthcare clinic services, equipment assistance, flu shots, support groups and Summer Camp for kids ages 8-17.
