Volunteer with Colorado Springs Food Rescue by redistributing healthy food to one of our 20+ amazing community partners! 1 hour a week, deliver food by bike + trailer or car, reducing food waste and helping to feed those in need! Provide a great service, make new friends, and get a great work out!

Mission Statement
Food to Power is a non-profit organization whose goal is to create a more just and less wasteful food system. We facilitate the sustainable redistribution of food "waste" to agencies that feed hungry, homeless, and low-income populations while educating communities about and advocating for food justice and the reduction of structural poverty.
Description
Food to Power functions through a volunteer based direct redistribution programming, picking up food that would otherwise be thrown out and delivering that food directly to an organization that will disperse that food to those in need. These volunteers mainly deliver the food by bicycle.
