Ambassadors needed! Join a friendly team in a state of art health complex! Help to expand and enhance our services, which promote hope, recovery and empowerment, at the Fairfax Falls Church CSB New Merrifield site, located in Fairfax! Tasks include welcome individuals, provide information, operate technology to gather resources and escort as needed in multilevel building. Volunteers with Fairfax CSB VIVA program will receive training and supervision in an environment rich with opportunity for professional and personal growth. Volunteers who are bilingual would be very helpful.

The Fairfax-Falls Church CSB’s mission is to provide and coordinate a system of community-based supports for individuals and families of Fairfax County and the cities of Fairfax and Falls Church who are affected by developmental delay, intellectual disability, serious emotional disturbance (youth), mental illness and/or substance use disorders.
Description
When you join our volunteer team, you will receive training, supervision, diverse educational experiences, and opportunities for personal growth. Various positions are available throughout Fairfax County and the cities of Fairfax and Falls Church. The times and days available are flexible and include some evening and weekend opportunities, as well as regular weekday hours. By providing direct service, administrative support, or participating in special projects, volunteers are valuable members of our team.
