This is the 2 nd Annual Local Artist Trunk Show - Designed to bring awareness to the Museum Store as well as give our local artist community a platform to display and sell their art. A variety a jewelry work will be represented as well as glass blowing and fiber art.
Location: Peoria Riverfront Museum Main lobby
Volunteer shift: 9:30 am-1:30pm or 1:30pm-4:30pm
Number of volunteers needed: 3-5 per shift
What is needed: help artists unload merchandise, assist artists and visitors with the payment/checkout process, assist with the clean-up at the end of the event.
Additional information:
Business casual clothing that allows for movement, standing, and lifting

The volunteer mission is to supplement the mission of the Peoria Riverfront Museum by providing genuine hospitality to visitors, engaging visitors in educational programming, assisting with the interpretation of exhibitions, and inspiring the community through the value of volunteer service.

We focus on interdisciplinary learning--a fusion of art, history, science, and achievement designed to develop knowledge, critical thinking skills, and a lifelong passion for learning.
