A South Bay 16 year non-profit is seeking a detail-oriented, flexible and positive-attitude individual to join our volunteer team as an Administrative Assistant, responsible for database collection, organization and entry. This individual will have experience with CRMs such as Insighlty. 8 hours a week. Can work from home. Specific responsibilities include:
The main responsibility of this position is to manage daily tasks, develop our volunteer committees, manage our database and communicate with Program Directors and Board. This also involves database management, marketing materials and recruiting individuals, organizations, and businesses who have expressed an interest in volunteering for PSILYF.

* Trained PSILY Program Instructors serving over 400 classrooms
* Organized 20 Annual Day at the Beach Community Events uniting over 140,000 at-risk children and caring mentors
