Sit with the patient so their caregiver can take a break from their care-giving responsibilities to simply get out of the house, go to the store , run errands, take a nap, spend time with other loved ones, ect. In addition to helping with caregiver relief you may be providing companionship for a patient and family by talking, reading, playing cards, holding a hand, being a friend or giving emotional support. Each case is different. Must be 18 years of age or older.
