CASA offers a volunteer opportunity like no other. As appointed representatives of the court, CASA Volunteers are empowered to make a lifelong difference in the lives of abused and neglected children. Find out how you can become a CASA. Join us Thursday, February 19, from 12 to 1 PM, for our 4-1-1 hour at the CASA office, 701 S. Cascade Ave., CSC 80903. Mission Statement
Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) provide a voice in court for children who are victims of abuse, neglect or domestic conflict and promotes community awareness of these issues to ensure safe and permanant homes.
Description
Nobody longs for a safe and loving family more than a child in foster care. As a CASA volunteer, you are empowered by the courts to help make this dream a reality. You will not only bring positive change to the lives of these vulnerable children, but also their children and generations to come. And in doing so, you will enrich your life as well.
