PLACEMENT PURPOSE
Utilize your foreign language skills to create a climate where non-English speaking donors feel welcomed and valued. -Help create a respectful, safe and confidential environment where donors feel comfortable in asking questions and sharing their medical history. -Interpret critical health information between the donor and Donor Services employees. -Ensure excellent customer service by remaining positive, helpful, patient and flexible.
