Everyone interested in giving one day a month to beautify Rye Preserve is welcome to attend. This month we will be clearing the Historic Cemetery Trail of encroaching branches and exotic invasive plants, followed by removing debris from our dump site. Program is suitable for all ages. Please let us know if you would like to attend by calling 941-748-4501 ext. 6035 to register.

You really can make a difference! By volunteering in the preserves, you will make a positive impact on the environment. Volunteers help preserve the homes of native plants and animals, re-establishing much-needed habitat. The work completed by volunteers will also help to secure the land for the enjoyment of future generations. All individuals are welcome to apply to become a volunteer - we have lots of different jobs available!
