Here at Lewis C. Cassidy Academics Plus, we are a growing and improving school that needs help with cleaning out and reorganizing storage places in the building. Many of the storage spaces are walk-in closets. There are 12 that are full of materials that need to be organized or removed. Any materials that are not salvaged by the school are free for the taking. Our trash may possibly be your treasure!

Cassidy School’s vision is to produce lifelong learners who are self-motivated, respectful, cooperative individuals and who strive to reach their full potential. The staff of the Lewis C. Cassidy Academics Plus School is committed to providing a comprehensive and integrated educational experience for ALL students. The staff and community will provide a creative learning environment for every child that demonstrates a motivation for each student to achieve his/her own academic and social goals. Description
Cassidy is an elementary school in West Philadelphia. Public schools nationwide, and certainly in Philadelphia, have taken a financial blow. That means our children need the community to help these children excel in a safe and healthy environment. Major goals at Cassidy include: socialized recess, academic mentorship, parent engagement, etc.
