At the moment, I live in central Virginia, so I will need help to make the house look good and do some landscaping work in the garden. We are next to the University of Virginia, in Charlottesville, located in a sunny valley surrounded by mountains and a wine-growing area. I run a real estate business and two non-profit foundations. I am a happily divorced dad. I'm from England originally, but I have been in the US for many years. We have two cats, Charlie (15) and Leonardo (3) - who do their best to help and keep us amused!
This a unique mission, because I have plans to move to Southwest Florida later in the year. So we will be packing what we're taking, and make trips to Southwest Florida as I buy a new house or two there. Then we will have fun setting up the new houses - one to live in, one for rental.
It will be different, I'm sure, from where you live, but that's what you wanted!
In your spare time, you can explore our city and beautiful countryside. There are many activities which you might enjoy. The city has many cafes and restaurants, concerts and much cultural life. You can also see a short video about the town at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aQ0QhUX0634
There are forests at the end of our street and many great walks and hiking trails nearby - and the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains. We are in wine-producing country, among much of America's early history. At the other end, there are beaches, fishing and all the water sports Florida has to offer.
Of course, I will look after you and give you wonderful food. We have fast Wi-Fi, laundry facilities and anything else you might need. If this might be of interest or at least worth discussing, you are welcome to email me at steve (at) writetosteve.com.
