Celebrate autumn by planting with Friends of Trees!

The air is crisp and the leaves are starting to fall... Yes! It is autumn and here at Friends of Trees, we can't think of a better way to get out and enjoy the season than by planting trees!

Planting day is among our favorite days of the year and we would love it if you could join us! Our day starts early and you are welcome to join us anytime, but we ask that you arrive no later than 8:45 am to register and enjoy some hot coffee and delicious breakfast treats.

After a brief welcome, the planting starts promptly at 9:00am. No need to bring anything- we provide gloves and tools, so all you need to do is show up dressed for the weather and wearing sturdy shoes. Our neighborhood volunteers will also provide a potluck lunch for all volunteers after the planting is complete, we sure do work up an appetite when we plant!

Meet in the parking lot south of the Friends of Trees office that is located at West 11th Ave. and Lincoln St., Eugene
