We need someone to help with back office work so we can focus on direct counseling and training for our small businesses.

We need someone to help with specific short-term projects which have a beginning, an end and specified deliverables. Some of the projects needed are: Develop and implement survey plan to determine if we are meeting the needs of small businesses; Develop and implement employee training plan to ensure that our employees are providing quality services; review and analyze client data for trends to see what services our small businesses need; Collect and organize existing training materials from all three business centers;

If you are not comfortable tackling the listed projects... contact us anyway. Extra hands are always needed.Also need volunteer business advisors.

Volunteers will need to periodically (i.e., once a week) come into office in National City.
