Arvada Care and Rehabilitation is looking for a volunteer who would like to come in once a week and help with very basic handyman projects. The biggest need at the moment is doing some touch-up painting in door jams and along the hallways from where wheelchairs have chipped or scuffed the paint. There are other smaller projects like this that come up all the time, and we would love to find a volunteer with a DIY streak to come in once a week (at your convenience) and help. We feel like attending to these smaller details around the building and in resident rooms will really make our facility a place that all residents can take pride in!
