I was Hungry...

Let’s work together in ending hunger and homelessness here in the South Bay. As a non-profit organization, New Challenge Ministries relies on volunteer’s time and talent. Help us make a difference in the lives of others by getting involved -- volunteering as little as an hour or two a week can be so rewarding! By Volunteering at the Palos Verde Resale Thrift Store will turn into a financial donation to New Challenge.

In Los Angeles County there are over 650k kids that go hungry daily that’s just kids. New Challenge Fresh Rescue Food Bank not only helps with food, but with counseling, with finances, with events for the kids throughout the year. We also help other organizations in the area along with local military families and veterans...

Please consider donating your valuable time to a valuable non-profit organization. Let’s make a difference today. New Challenge was established in 1981 In 2006 we began our food bank as part of our program. Hunger doesn’t care what race you are, how old you are. What type of lifestyle you live, New Challenge helps everyone that is in need of food.

If you’re interested in helping New Challenge Ministries Fresh Rescue Food Bank, "fight hunger", please contact John Ross Hernandez, President/Senior Pastor.
