Attention all film buffs! If you enjoy classic movies (think Hitchcock's Vertigo) we have a great opportunity for you. The Sacramento Central Library hosts a Matinee Movie Classics once a month on Sunday afternoons. We are looking for volunteers who will help staff with set up and clean up (move tables and chairs), make and serve popcorn and soft drinks, and assist program attendees.
As the movie concessionaire, you will arrive at the Central Library at Noon and stay through until 4:00 once a month. You will receive training on popcorn making.
And the best part? You'll be able to enjoy classic films. If this sounds like a great way to spend a Sunday afternoon please submit an application.
