Adult Volunteer needed to facilitate a 12 week program ( 2 six (6) week sessions) designed to engage girls 5th - 6th grade in a fun, leadership program focused on girls becoming active members of their community. The program is rooted in Girl Scout processes and short/long term Girl Scout outcomes. During this program, girls will reach the following GSLE outcomes:
• Girls develop healthy relationships
• Girls develop a strong sense of self
• Girl become resourceful problem solvers
• Girls gain practical life skills
Volunteer must be willing to designate up to 2 hours once a week for a 12 week period.
This Volunteer opportunity is available during afterschool hours.
Volunteer does not need prior Girl Scout experience
