Adult Volunteer needed to help girls explore all the fun they can have as a Girl Scout all while learning how to keep their bodies healthy and strong. This 6 week/session program is designed to engage girls K - 4th grade in a fun, leadership program which is rooted in Girl Scout processes and short/long term Girl Scout outcomes. During this program, girls will reach the following GSLE outcomes:
• Girls develop healthy relationships
• Girls develop a strong sense of self
• Girl become resourceful problem solvers
• Girls gain practical life skills
Volunteer must be willing to designate up to 2 hours once a week for a 6 week period.
This Volunteer opportunity is available during afterschool hours.
Volunteer does not need prior Girl Scout experience
*Membership and program supplies are paid for by the council
