We park bicycles at Miami Book Fair International, saving people from driving downtown. It encourages fair-goers to bike to the event, so they have fun all the way there -- and they're in a great mood when we greet them. Our volunteers get a pass into the fair, too.

Mission Statement
Green Mobility Network promotes bicycling, walking, and public transit as attractive choices for daily transportation and recreation. Our vision is a healthier, more livable Miami-Dade with safer streets for all.
Description
We encourage bicycling, running, and walking for their own sake and for the increased personal health and community livability they can foster. We have made big strides raising the visibility of bicycling and the responsiveness of local government to both bicycle and pedestrian issues. Many of our volunteers report their hours for public service credit at their schools, and some keep coming back to help even after their obligations are filled. That's true public spirit, and we salute it.
