Mission Statement
Our mission is to bring hope and healing to individuals striving to recover from food addiction and related disorders (e.g., anorexia, bulimia, compulsive overeating/exercising).
Description
Rock Recovery seeks to fulfill its mission to resurrect the lives of those seeking freedom from food addictions and eating disorders by establishing residential recovery houses that will provide therapy and support during non-work hours, such that residents can remain engaged in daily activities (work, school, childcare). Our approach to treatment is Christ-centered: through coming to internalize God`s love and immeasurable grace, individuals gain the courage to face the underlying root of their disorders, learn to love themselves, and ultimately discover that recovery is theirs to embrace. Rock Recovery Houses will be open to any individual willing to seek Christ's healing power, regardless of his or her spiritual beliefs.
