KYC is making over its family room - the much-loved main activity space in the youth community center. Before we bring in new furniture, our walls need some TLC. There are many small, and a few large, holes to fill, as well as cleaning, priming and painting to be done. A fresh new color on the walls is a key component of the extreme makeover that includes new sofas and tables, a deep carpet cleaning and bright, new accessories.
Preparing the walls will occur Wednesday, November 12 thru Friday, November 14. Painting will take place on Saturday, November 15.

Kaleidoscope Youth Center works in partnership with young people in Central Ohio to create safe and empowering environments for Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer, Questioning (LGBTQ), and Ally youth through advocacy, education, support, and community engagement.
Description
Kaleidoscope Youth Center is the only organization in Ohio solely dedicated to the success of Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Questioning (LGBTQ) and Ally youth.
Kaleidoscope serves youth ages 12-20 through a community youth center, Genders and Sexualities Alliances (GSA) clubs, and a Youth Leadership Council. Kaleidoscope also serves youth by training, educating, and equipping adults to create supportive, safe spaces for Queer youth.
