Mission Statement
The mission of The Center for Family Outreach (The Center) is to help Larimer County youth (ages 8-18) and their families achieve and sustain long-term positive changes and healthy relationships. We do this by providing individual assessment, education, and custom designed programs to develop successful and positive citizens
Description
The Center is a non-profit agency that offers education, intervention and support for families who are challenged by the adolescent years. We focus on creating programs and support systems to help youth and families sustain long term, positive changes within the family unit.
Our programming is strength-based and designed around individual family dynamics. Our case managers guide youth, monitor their progress and provide on-going support to parents. Our educational classes give youth the tools to make informed life decisions. Our parenting forums help parents better understand their own needs, their children's needs, and how open and honest communication can strengthen trust and family relationships.
