We are looking for volunteers to work with our cancer families one-on-one to assist with paperwork, fill their food needs and prepare food deliveries for the following morning. Choose between one to three days a week and if you cannot work from 8 am to 3 pm, would you prefer mornings or afternoons. It is a wonderful, fulfilling joy to help our families in their time of need. Please feel free to contact Lisa at 419-779-2961or Ann at 419-367-6989for more information. We have outgrown our current location and are in the process of moving to Our Savior Lutheran Church at 2820 Alexis Road, Toledo OH 43613.

At Nightingales Harvest, it is with passion, grace, and our personal touch with dear friends that led us in the direction of assisting cancer individuals, their families, and caregivers. We at Nightingales Harvest are dedicated to inspire the good people of NW Ohio and SE Michigan to provide a food pantry with toiletries and cleaning products for all cancer individuals and their families. The food pantry will lessen the financial burden; encourage good practices of individual and environmental cleanliness because cancer knows no boundaries or prejudice! It affects the very core of every individual, family, friend, and neighbor throughout the community.

This is the first and only food and toiletry pantry in the US for CANCER PATIENTS and their FAMILIES. Be a community hero and volunteer to help our families.
