Each year, the Family Care Network loves partnering with our community to fulfill personalized wish lists for the children and families who we serve. Family Care Network serves more than 1,700 children and families in our community that have been affected by trauma. We would love your help with making this campaign successful. To do so, we have many ways to get involved:
Wrap Presents:
With several hundred items given by our community, we have a ton of wrapping to do. You can sign up to wrap presents donated by our community. We make wrapping a fun time by playing holiday music and letting you be creative in how you wrap the presents. Wrapping will be done at the Family Care Network office in San Luis Obispo.

Sponsor a Child:
If you are interested in sponsoring a child this holiday season, you can now sign up online at the Family Care Network website.
Involve your community:
Each year, we connect with businesses, churches and organizations to help find individuals that would like to sponsor a child. We can do presentations, give flyers, or have sign up tables for community groups. If you are part of any groups that you think would like to get involved, email me us so that we can reach out to them.

Description
The Family Care Network, Inc. (FCNI) is a private, nonprofit children and families services provider. Established in 1987 for the purpose of creating family-based treatment programs as an alternative to group home or institutional care for children and youth, the agency now operates multiple, accredited programs designed to strengthen and preserve families and individuals. In the agency's 34 year history, we have grown to serve over 2,000 children, youth and families annually in San Luis Obispo and Santa Barbara counties. FCNI values intergrity, accountability, program fidelity and outcome-based services, and is accredited by the California Alliance of Child and Family Services. At the Family Care Network, we have many opportunities for individuals, businesses and organizations to partner with us to help accomplish our mission. Partnership opportunities include: becoming a foster parent, career mentor, intern, event volunteer, or event sponsor for one of FCNI's annual fundraising events: Be the Difference, Benefit for Kids and Give Joy for the holidays.
