JASA seeks a volunteer to assist with routine office tasks. The volunteer will be responsible for filing, answering the phone, telephoning clients, making copies, and other assorted office tasks. This is the perfect opportunity for anyone interested in office work and helping older adults in New York.
The Jewish Association Serving the Aging (JASA), founded in 1968 by the Federation of Jewish Philanthropies, provides a full range of services for the elderly and their families -- from the most able and independent to the most frail and vulnerable, to enable the elderly to live independent lives in their own homes and communities. Services are provided throughout New York City and in Nassau and Suffolk counties.
