The Program Assistant will serve as an assistant to the Youth Council Coordinators for the TNT Youth Council weekly meetings. They will serve as a constant presence during the weekly Tuesday evening meetings where youth receive training and participate in hands-on activities to develop leadership skills. The Program Assistants at times will co-lead different trainings, and will work directly with youth in small groups to plan community events.
We have both male and female youth, but due to the fact that we have two female Program Managers and one female Program Assistant, we are especially looking for male volunteers.

The Boston Project invests in at-risk children and youth by providing programs that address their educational, social, and spiritual needs. The Boston Project assists low income homeowners & nonprofit organizations by making repairs and improvements to their properties.
We accomplish our mission by mobilizing, training, and equipping volunteers. We engage people of all ages from urban, suburban and rural communities in compassionate service characterized by giving to and receiving from those served.
