Once you have decided where you want to go and what you want to do, this is how the planning process goes:

1. Apply online and gain access to MyIVHQ, your personal login to the IVHQ website.

2. IVHQ will review your application and respond to you within 48 hours.

3. Once you’re sure of your plans, secure your spot by paying the registration fee of US$279.

4. Your IVHQ Program Coordinator (an experienced traveler and volunteer) will help you prepare for your trip.

5. Off you go! Experience different cultures and travel internationally at a low cost while making a difference.
