Data Entry volunteer requirement: Computer literate, able to use word and basic excel. Able to follow instruction and use web base software to configure a person’s route information (office will provide training, easy to learn) Enter new referrals into MOW database Preferable to limit to 2-3 volunteers to share the total work hour of 20 hours minimum and up to 40 hours a week maximum. Other office tasks maybe assigned if necessary. Phone call volunteer requirement: Computer literate, able to use word and basic excel Will follow the provided questionnaire sheet to conduct phone interview Takes good notes and able to enter the phone interview result into database or separate worksheet Prepare necessary documentation for drivers to bring to clients for signatures. Other office task may be assigned if necessary.

Driver’s helper requirement: Physical ability to climb stairs and the truck if necessary. Physical ability to carry 7 frozen meals and a bag of fruits and milk at the same time and sometimes additional items may be required. Ability to follow and complete all required instruction from office and from driver when doing delivery. Ability to meet driver at designated location if unable to ride alone with driver. Other tasks may be assigned if necessary.
