PLACEMENT PURPOSE
PLEASE NOTE: THIS OPPORTUNITY IS NOT AVAILABLE IN RHODE ISLAND. Volunteers must be able to commit to weekday, daytime hours as your schedule allows. A full blood drive volunteer shift is 5-6 hours. Provide excellent and enthusiastic customer service to enhance the blood donor experience. Engage with blood donors to make the donation experience fulfilling and set the stage for a long-term commitment to regular blood donations. Understand the American Red Cross core mission, vision and values, and represent these values through the delivery of excellent customer service.
OPEN TIME DAYS
Flexible; preferred commitment: 1 shift/month. There is a great need for volunteers who can staff the blood drives that are scheduled during weekdays.Shifts are available in the morning and afternoon hours and sometimes extend into early evening hours.
